Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped as soon as possible.   Most on the same business day.

Return Policy

All items (that are not special orders) purchased from The Painter’s Chair Fine Art Gallery may be returned for any reason within 10 days for a full refund excluding any shipping charges if applicable. All items must be returned in their original condition. Customer is responsible for the insurance and shipping charges on all returned items.

Special orders may not be eligible for a refund. An agreement should be made at the time of purchase. 

All returns must have a return authorization number clearly posted on the outside of the package. Please call our gallery for an authorization number at (208) 667-3606 or use go to your Orders page, select the item or items, and then click "Return Item(s)".
